    Canon GL1 older Tech You Can Afford. Very simple to use, just point and shoot in easy or automatic mode. Can accommodate more advanced functions for some one that knows how to use them or wants to learn how. No Need to dig through a bunch of menus for most functions. The buttons are easy to find with just a shot time of use. Light enough at 2.75 lbs.’ that you can carry it around and use it for long periods of time. The Optical Image Stabilizer works very well, but is no substitute for a tripod. If you on the run and gun it's great. Over all it's a great camera that can be bought at a very low price, the tech is older but still works very, very, well.

    Great camcorder

    I love this camcormer. I'am using it for filming weddings and events. The picture is very vivid and clear. The sound is great and clear but the only thing I didn't like about is that it only takes a condenser microphone, any other lie dynamic microphone won't work. But, overall it's a great camcorder to keep.

    Canon classic excellence

    This is a legacy mini-dv tape camcorder. It creates brilliant images with a flourite lens and 3 separate ccd imaging sensors, one for each RGB color spectrum, with outstanding low light sensitivity. It eats up power, so make sure to have multiple batteries on hand or use an AC adapter when in the studio. The batteries are rated at 7.2 volts, but the AC adapter supplies 6.0 volts, which is ample. The tape drive mechanism on these is delicate, but performs reliably from 32 to 90 degrees.
