Pleased with sofa but thought some parts were missing. Rang the firm explained and a very lovely lady was extremely polite and helpful. She was happy to send me the missing items. She asked me to check the boxes no not in them. It turns out the legs and cushions were inside the base of the sofa enclosed with velcro. Lovely sofa quite firm and comfortable. My daughter is thinkng of getting one

Hi, thank you for delivering our new chesterfield in gold velvet sofa so promptly. It sits well within our space. Thort time we have had since it's arrival, we have founf it to be verry comfortable and is easy to sit down and get up again as it is 18cm hihger than our previouse one which we have had for seventeen years. Heres hoping this one lasts as long. Thank you agian.
