5⭐️Ordered a laptop . I contacted seller about packaging as local couriers are bad round here. Was very polite and fast response. VERY happy with packaging you could have volleyed it and it would be fine. Item was as advertised, works just fine, no issues with running 3d models. Sound works, usb works. The battery only holds about an hour at 100% on battery saver but considering the laptops age this is reasonable. I already have a spare battery for taking it outside anyway. Thank you
