Due to a mix-up in the shipping I received the wrong controllers, the seller provided me with a return shipping label, and tracked down the correct controllers, tested them and shipped them promptly. But that wasn't all, my SFPs didn't work in these new controllers, MegaSalvage sent me 8 SFPs even though the SFPs were not originally included in the order. The controllers arrived in excellent condition due to the amazing packing this guy does.
