SERVICE SAS decide di ampliare suddetto termine da 14 a 30 gg., sarà pertanto possibile per il CLIENTE recedere dal contratto di acquisto fino a 30 gg. successivi al giorno di ricezione dei prodotti acquistati on line. In caso di acquisti multipli effettuati dal CLIENTE con un solo ordine e consegnati separatamente, il termine di 30 gg. decorre dalla data di ricezione dell'ultimo prodotto.

Il CLIENTE che intende esercitare il diritto di recesso dovrà comunicarlo a C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS tramite dichiarazione esplicita.

In caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, il CLIENTE è tenuto a restituire i beni entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ha comunicato a C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS la propria volontà di recedere dal contratto ai sensi dell'art. 57 del D.lgs 206/2005.

La merce dovrà essere rispedita a C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS, Via della Repubblica, 4 50053, Empoli (FI) oppure consegnata presso il nostro punto vendita sempre presso lo stesso indirizzo.

I costi diretti della restituzione dei prodotti sono a carico del CLIENTE. Il costo è stimato essere pari ad un massimo di circa 300,00 (trecento/00) euro.

La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: manuali, cavi, ecc.) e completo della documentazione fiscale annessa. Fatta salva la facoltà di verificare il rispetto di quanto sopra, C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS provvederà a rimborsare l'importo dei prodotti oggetto del recesso entro un termine massimo di 14 giorni, esclusi i costi di spedizione se a spedizione gratuita verrà detratto l'importo di €. 5,99 se spedito con corriere, €. 3,00 se spedito con posta.

Come previsto dall'art. 56 comma 3 del D.Lgs 206/2005, modificato dal D.lgs 21/2014, C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS può sospendere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuuta dimostrazione da parte del CLIENTE di aver rispedito i beni a C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS.

C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS eseguirà il rimborso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento scelto dal CLIENTE in fase di acquisto. Nel caso di pagamento effettuato con bonifico, e qualora il CLIENTE intenda esercitare il proprio diritto di recesso, dovrà fornire a C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS, accedendo alla sezione contattaci, le coordinate bancarie: IBAN, SWIFT e BIC necessari all'effettuazione del rimborso, da parte di C.A.R.E. SERVICE SAS.
