Great product, but my advice to the company when you are selling a product don't leave it as available because your giving the customer a bad experience. My advice is what ever product your selling on your website make sure you say it is unviable and will be restock by da da date so it gives the customer a choice to order it or not to give a better experience. Communication was good but could be better but over all I got my parcel but it shouldn't take a month to come. Regards

This seller sent me a wrong items. I ordered EP322 but received EP332. According to ebay this seller should gave me return label to refund the cost of postage. However, I have asked this seller couple times and I just got the cost of purchasing refund. Then no response at all.
Very bad purchasing experience from the seller and wasted my time to go to post offic three times. And I have to adsorb $16.09 by myself, I will not buy anything from this seller. And I will keep asking eBay to step in.
