    Vicks sinex soother spray

    Vicks is something I remember in the house as a child, so a product I know works. This vicks is a very fine mist, quick to act allowing you to keep breathing through your nose. They used to have a bottle that you squeezed into your nostril, that has been replaced by a pump. I have arthritis in both hands and I manage quite easy. Buying the two together this way saves money too and we all like that idea
