Item arrived damaged and emailed seller to arrange collection and have just been ignored , would not recommend this seller, because they are obviously not concerned about customer service.
My damaged order was very heavy and a huge box so I would have needed help and transportation to get it to a collection point all at my expense which was explained but ignored, be wary when buying from this seller

Apart from, that the damage was larger to that shown in the photos on-line, the kettle supplied came from THREE different boxes, i.e.THREE DIFFERENT Serial Numbers!! I also made the comment to the Seller that I wondered what our local trading Standards Office would make of what had been supplied. His reation was to offer a return label so that I could obtain a re-fund. That was too late as the kettle was already in use elsewhere. At no time did I get any explanation or apology!!
