Hmm well I not even know what to say to this, as the customer never even contacted me about the item and all my products are brand new. I not sure what was meant about finding company online as my business is on ebay but did not contact me or even ask for item to be be returned for a refund.They left this feedback 3 months after purchasing the item aswell, so seems a bit strange with this feedback. I like to keep my customers happy but if they not message me with issue, there not alot I can do.
