Instructions on the back say spray, scrub, rinse. Not just spray and walk away as advertised. Thought I would try this one, but would probably have been better sticking to S&J Spray and Leave, which does as it says. This one involves a bit more work and jet washing, but I'll give it a go for this time anyway.

Misleading description on label. It says simply spray, walk away and let the magic happen. The back instruction says Spray, leave for 20 minutes then scrub with a brush. Finally wash off preferably with power washer. I ended up power washing the entire patio so chemical was a waste of money. It was a lot cheaper than wet and forget, but didn't do the job - buy cheap buy twice.
