The logistics surrounding this purchase have been shocking, can’t comment on quality of bed frame as still not received, at no point are you advised you are dealing with 2 separate companies, the cushions are not made in-house, the cushions have arrived albeit without prior knowledge, the bed frame dispatched but courier failed to deliver twice on 2 separate occasions , I have received 2 confirmed delivery slots , therefore 2 days wasted , Ann in Camino office not responding to emails Very Poor!

Beware, you do not get whats in the advertised pictures just chaep alternatives, please see pictures, when I contacted the seller, his responce is "Is that a problem" then ignores me!

Latch body was white instead of silver (white is now standard) - it's the same latch, made by the same company (Hafele) It is NOT the cheap alternative, We DO NOT use them, so "is that a problem" would seem like a reasonable question) and I've been on holiday since the the 28th.
