Item described as NEW. But arrived in a box that had clearly been stored in damp conditions, box with staining and crystals in the inside. See photos. As the Unit itself appears to be working I have just kept it. Parcel was sent via yodel who left it on the doorstep in public view. No communication from seller whatsoever. Overall not a great service.
