thread sent had no barcode/colour no. on it. I contacted & she checked & said was definitely the correct colour, band had fallen off, although no more in stock to check shade. I didn’t think it was the correct shade so checked at Hobbycraft and it was totally wrong shade. When I told seller she said it’s because they had had it in stock for a while. This would make no difference, the colour would not become darker. Refund received but no apology. Shouldn’t sell DMC thread unbanded.
