    One of Bioware’s best.

    This game is an absolute classic, and it still holds up. Rewards multiple play throughs, which makes it a great choice for the current pandemic reality. My copy came complete. And in excellent condition. Highly recommended. Love having all the DLC in one convenient place

    Finally a Decent RPG on Console

    This is a review I wrote for the PS3 version: Dragon Age is probably the best RPG made for a console system. I may be a bit spoiled since most of my RPG time has been on the PC spending hours playing games such as Diablo/D1/LOD and similar, but I have not seen one decent Role Playing Game for the console - until Dragon Age. The Awakening expansion adds countless hours to game play and even at full retail, playing on the easiest mode (casual), you will still get your money&apos;s worth with game time. An outstanding story line, great character customization, and the ability to really &quot;choose your own adventure&quot;, making many moral decisions that effect game play instead of the typical, do this - do that don&apos;t forget this - style of game play.     Dragon Age: Origins, Expect the Best

    Dragon Age: Origins was a great buy. Great for new RPG players and RPG veterans. Set in a medieval time and is chock full of sexual content, blood and gore, and plot. The sexual content can be related to that of Fable II. It captures the mindset of the people in that time. Elves being lower class, women being nothing but play toys, and no one being safe from treachery. Whatever class or race you choose make your game play different. You can play this game over and over after beating it and still run into new problems or have new solutions revealed each time. This game is full of weeks and weeks of play.

    Emotionally compelling, thoroughly immersive, imaginatively captivating.

    I decided to give Dragon Age a go after playing Mass Effect. A bit of a break was called for before resuming the effort to save the universe as Fem Shep in Mass Effect 2, so... I researched console RPG's and decided on DA:O/UE. Having been a gamer for the better part of thirty years (ahem), I have learned NOT to buy games at launch. Epic games like Mass Effect ALWAYS have expansions. If I like the game, I'll want the expansions. It's a no brainer to buy the GOTY edition, after the price drops, since it provides the expansions at a decent price. (Patience pays off). I not only game for pleasure; I have an incurable illness which generates a lot of pain. Gaming is a great way to divert my attention from that.
