False advertising, it is not reversible, bluetooth stopped working after 1 month,when I contacted the seller they are under the impression it can be changed to cool in the app but only option in there is to heat nothing about cooling, and now the app will not even connect so changing anything is impossible, I wonder what will stop working next don’t waste your money its a Chinese kit, the advertised 2 year part waranty is just there for show, and now return period is over so I am stuck with it.

Hi, we were disappointed to see your negative feedback. I can see that we messaged you via eBay asking that you call us as we could have easily resolved these issues. We also messaged you advising that you can change the mode to cooling via the App. In fact the Thermotec Mini is reversible and can be set into cooling mode if required, so was not falsley advertised. In order to do this, a simple parameter change is required which we can send to you or talk you through. It is a shame that you did
