Thieves. They received my laptop Nov 27. No contact whatsoever. I have sent messages through ebay...no response. I have called and left voicemails...no response. Not sure how they are rated to highly. No contact whatsoever and they claim responses in 48 hours? I sent my sons laptop, carrying bag, and mouse. All gone.

We have been working on this laptop, but it seems we arn't going to be able fix it. It has issue on the motherboard. We will be shipping back to you and give you refund.
