This Chicago saxophonist has earned critical accolades and audience raves for his session and performance work with Bob Mamet and Brian Culbertson. In fact, Culbertson employs his talents as a producer to this album, Steve's remarkably mature, yet refreshingly unique Bluemoon debut. Also spotlighted is the Culbertson/Cole songwriting partnership - a collaboration that has yielded a rich, more urban-oriented smooth jazz style (setting the pace for the genre's evolution).
