The packaging included Scotch tape which damaged the stamp in shipment.

We go out of our way to pack everything we sell carefully. Items are always packaged in a glassine envelope, a dealer card or a polybag and sandwiched between cardboard to ensure safe shipment. We never place scotch tape anywhere near the stamps. Your stamp must have been handled very badly during shipment, but this is why we have a 100% money back guarantee. I wish you had contacted us directly, we could have worked this out. If you would like to open a damaged item case, we will refund you.
