Overall, I found the product to be great as I felt a difference in my gut after the first week. Sadly, I've always had a tough relationship with milk products, and this was no different. It created a lot of phlegm in my throat which cut off my singing and speaking voice. I've had to stop using the product, but I believe that anyone else with no intolerances can enjoy the benefits of colostrum.
