•Any items that are received damaged or faulty need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving in order to be eligible for an exchange. Some photographic evidence may be required of any faults or damages.

•All our items are packaged and dispatched to a very high standard of quality, however there may be a rare and unfortunate circumstance where our customers' may receive a damaged or faulty item.

•Before sending out a replacement, we would need to receive the item back for inspection. This may need to be sent back to us or collected by us depending on the circumstances. We do not send out replacements before receiving initial items back first. In some cases we may either collect the item or cover the cost of postage. Not bad at all
Pleased with this cat, no real problems fitting, was a little shorter than the original but I just moved the rest of the exhaust to make them meet. Fitting kit very useful too although I could not make use of the supplied sleeve :( Would definitely recommend this product to other kv6 owners This was listed for the 25k4f but I fit it on 20k4f after a little research as they turned out to be the samePleased with this cat, no real problems fitting, was a little shorter than the original but I just moved the rest of the exhaust to make them meet.
