•Any items that are received damaged or faulty need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving in order to be eligible for an exchange. Some photographic evidence may be required of any faults or damages.

•Before sending out a replacement, we would need to receive the item back for inspection. This may need to be sent back to us or collected by us depending on the circumstances. •We must be notified within 24 hours for orders that are to be cancelled. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return it to us at their own expense and in a re-salable condition. Delivery address will be given on request. Please do not send any items back without confirming the return address with us first.
