This is not correct, we replied to all your messages, included screenshots showing the eta when you messaged well before its due date... the item was not sent tracked due to the low sale value, And we refunded you when you advised still not delivered after the ETD had passed... Shame I cannot post screenshots here showing the reply's and your constant messages prior to the delivery date you were shown on purchase.
