      Item was as described and in mint condition. Fortunately, it arrived not bent or damaged as it was only packaged in a regular envelope with only first-class postage (see below) and not even a cardboard stiffener. Of the five collectible postal items I purchased from as many sellers, this one charged the most for shipping (over $4 for four postage stamps), but had the least protective mailing. If I purchase from this seller again I will request better packaging.

      Correction and apology: This item had free shipping. Otherwise, the remainder of my comment is accurate. I would buy from the seller again. (I ordered 5 items from 5 different sellers at the same time and didn't find a simple invoice from eBay showing item cost, shipping, and tax. Beginner here.)
