Careless packaging for a delicate part. It should have been in a protective box. The delicate terminals are bent due to packaging in a soft bag. The package had left France on the 2nd of December but arrived in the UK on the 12th of December - whole 10 days! What courier was used? Such a long delivery time is not acceptable.
