first time received broken/unsealed oil. finding out later in the day seller send me a replacement even if they didn' check with me. the second time, was not the same item what i have ordered. no communicatio after this whatsoeve, needed to ask eBay to step in, now i see even after u send the item, u need to ask eBay to step in to ask for refund, well, i will skip this and i will just go buy somewhere else, but at least my feedback is here. AVOID. no customer service at all. and we are in 2024
