Don t buy from this seller if you care about the box of your item, like I did for an expensive board game, they don t package it in an acceptable way, NO separate box just a layer of bubble wrap with a small cardboard piece placed over it, the game box was crushed in multiple spots, at first they blamed shipping, after I left public feedback they acknowledged it was their mistake but refused to replace it, instead offered me $20 compensation but ONLY if I change my feedback to positive first.

We take your advice and have been paying more attention to the packaging ever since. And we have tried to provide compensation for your inconvenience. But what's the point of doing this? I don't understand...

compensation isn't contingent on me doing something for you first, I would have only gotten "compensation" if I changed the feedback first, despite you acknowledging fault, so stop lying, you offered me nothing but a bribe, which I told you no, then you asked again, I ignored you, then you asked a 3rd time and only then did I decide to change my feedback to reflect your further bad practices, so stop acting like a victim when you messed up AND wouldnt leave me alone
