Beware this Company - their description of the product was misleading - the return address they gave me for the product was wrong, which they have admitted - I am still waiting for a refund weeks after I placed the order. There also appears to be two different companies One is called Kirklands ( Staffoedshire) Ltd the other is called Home - Supplies - Direct.
I Have tried ringing them but all I got was an answerphone with a promise to ring me back - but nobody ever did.

It was already explained to you that because a case was opened, we were unable to refund you. In the end, you had your refund and kept the saucepans. The relevance of our eBay username and our buisness name is immaterial.
