The scrub is very hard to get out, had to pop the cap to use it but the oil and balm are lovely but doesn't smell strong enough

Sorry to hear you struggled with the scrub. It is quite thick as it’s designed to be mixed with water on the lips. But the tube has got a tiny plastic seal over the end, a bit like toothpaste tubes, so you just need to either peal it off or puncture the seal. Sorry the smell wasn’t strong enough for your personal taste. It’s not designed to be a highly fragranced or scented product, it’s a skincare product designed to be subtle & gentle on skin, so not scented with a strong overpowering smell
