It was not the sellers fault the item did not arrive on time, as it was sent out very quickly, but Evri delivery driver was the problem, not delivering it twice when arranged. The seller answered my messages very quickly, I would highly recommend them and will buy from them again. Thank you.

I hate to leave bad feedback and did try to contact the seller but didn’t get a reply. This delivery took longer than expected, and then when it arrived it wasn’t what I ordered. The conditioner was a different one - not what I wanted and not suitable for my hair. I’m sure it was an honest packaging mistake but they weren’t willing to communicate or rectify… so therefore wouldn’t recommend this seller.
