Seller took the payment, did not ship the item and did not contact me. I contacted them after two weeks and got no response. A week later I opened a case and indicated I still wanted the item. They did not respond to me but simply refunded the payment. Lack of any communication from them turned this into a bad transaction. They have lost a long time customer because no one could be bothered to let me know they were having issues providing an item they had advertised for sale. Sad.
