Purchased March 11th. Marked as Shipped March 12th. Actually Dropped Off At The Post Office March 30th. Game Arrived Damaged and I am Pretty Sure it was Sent Out That Way. Seller Completely Lacks Customer Service Skills.

Not true. Seller did nothing to resolve the issue. Never offered a partial refund for the damage. Never explained why it took 3 weeks to ship. Never explained why they chose to send a damaged copy (they have numerous copies). Refused to cover return shipping. Kept getting eBay to delay the return case deadline. In the end eBay forced a full refund after a couple delays. This could have been handled so much more efficiently.

I received the item in a bubble envelope, without any further protection, I received the game completely damaged. A real shame to receive something in those conditions. And even more so when you are buying a new item. I don't know how they can send something delicate like that.
