The product itself works great , unfortunately however it leaked in transit. The supplier predicted this might happen and sent in a sealed bag. It looked as though there was an issue with the bottle itself . An attempt had been made to safeguard leaks with a shrink wrap in addition to the external bag. This didn’t work. I guess they expected Evri to mistreat products. The box it came in was also well packed. The leak meant I lost a proportion of the liquid.

Hi, All items I send are by Royal Mail not EVRI. Yes there is a considerable amount of movement in transit hence why there is so much packaging. Tape and cling film is put around the cap and the bottle is placed in a sealed poly bag as well as then packed in a filled box. Looking at the photo the amount of liquid lost is negligible and as the poly bag is clean sealed the small amount can be poured back into the bottle. The manufacturer only fills bottles to the neck.
