Item not as per photo as no label, pulls and distinct smell of cigarette smoke.Seller only offered £3.50 compensation does not even cover the original postage costs £4.20. Pointed out I would need collection (as housebound) & tried to resolve. Seller responded I to go to eBay and request return so did as she asked. But now have to pay helper to take parcel to post office.Prefer to sort between ourselves but seller insisted eBay sort. So costing me to return a faulty item. Disappointing.

It's costing you NOTHING to return the item! You contacted me regarding the item, I gave you two options of either partial refund or a return for a full refund. You've not accepted the partial refund. I offered you to return the item for a full refund, and issued you a prepaid return label. But it seems you don't want to do that either, yet keep messaging me for a refund. My item was brand new, and factory folded.it may had couple of loose treads-some robes do but would never smell of anything!
