Fast delivery item as described but my only gripe I'd this was supposed to be a gift for my husband but it's ruined now as it was wrapped in paper or a bag just the plastic wrap so my husband knows what it is now as he answered the door to the delivery man. Would it cost much more to wrap it in a black bin bag or something

Ordered 30th March. Arrived 9th April. (Evri are rubbish). Item arrived battered and torn and taped up. Lid of kettle scuffed with two little dints. The seller communication was fabulous. Quick and instant resolution. Lovely kettle. Seems to work well. Exactly as described (apart from the damage done by the courier). Would use company again
