Item does not touch or damage the screen of the steam deck it functions as it was intended as a stand and a cord/charger holder and it does fit inside the indent on the outside of the steam deck carry case. There were some sharp edges that I had to file and some extra strings of plastic that I had to remove lots of ridges from 3d printing. But works fine.
