I ordered 2x moisturising face lotions but instead I got sent 2 body lotions which wasn’t an issue cos everyone makes mistakes so I’ve messaged the seller and they told me to keep these lotions that I did not need and wouldn’t let me return them or replace with the right lotions seller started to ignore my messages shocking customer service would avoid this seller at all costs
