Item as described, but with i5-8250U processor, rather than i5-8365U as advertised. Otherwise, laptop is in very good condition for a refurbished item. Quick and snappy too, with the NVME SSD and 16GB RAM. The full HD 14" screen makes reading text really easy. Finally, the backlit keyboard makes using the keyboard in dimmer light a breeze.

I’ve purchased items from other suppliers where they were described as ‘very good condition’ and turned out to be far from it. In this case it really was in very good condition. In fact I’d even say it was bordering on very good to excellent condition. I’ve been in IT for over 20 years so have good experience of laptops, and for the spec and condition, it was well priced. There was an issue with the power supply, but they were very quick to sort it out. Would highly recommend this seller.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
