Communication was great AFTER I bought the used covers. It took more than 2 weeks to receive the items because of packaging issues. The covers came in the same box. I asked about combined shipping prior but got no response. I made offers close to the "Buy It Now" price but I got no response. Again, communication was great only after purchase.
