Fat max dust bags, the Achilles heel !
I bought a fatmax vacuum as I am a heavy Diy’er/developer. The fat max on paper is great. However the major flaw in the otherwise very competent machine, is the lack of availability/poof design of bags on the market. They just don’t fit! They get 75% full then the paper tears under the weight of the contents. Remember this is a ‘builder spec’ vacuum! Unfortunately if you are reading this it’s too late. But I would seriously question buying a fatmax based purely on the bag availability I bought a fatmax vacuum as I am a heavy Diy’er/developer. The fat max on paper is great.
