Seller took full payment for my offer, listing had free shipping, seller cried high expense and sent a picture of what shipping would cost ($65), then cancelled the order claiming shipping was higher and refunded the sale price but not the tax I paid for the item nor the "convenience fee" they added to the shipping on the invoice (shipping invoice was sent outside of ebay).
