Despite advising ebay this item had been despatched after 3 days Royal Mail still had no record of the tracking. I contacted the seller who informed me they'd missed the post and it would be another 3 days before they posted. Offered a refund which I refused because my daughter loved the ring but said communication would have been nice. Seller then cancelled my order telling ebay out of stock and sent me a diatribe. Asked my sister to order it and she had the same cancellation experience. AVOID
