    Best Vintage Deck?

    Alakazam Damage Swap. The only (semi-)viable mill deck in vintage Pokemon! Play Alakazam, with an army of Chanseys on your bench, and keep using Scoop Up to tank infinite(?) damage while repeatedly paralyzing your opponent's active Pokemon. Hope they mill or rage quit before you run out of steam. As popularized by Murray, the pretentious psychic gym leader, in the Pokemon TCG Game Boy Color game.
