Well made shirt, although the medium size on the sizing scale didn't appear to reflect the actual size of the shirt. Medium on scale 42 to 44 in chest. I'm about a 41 in chest and the shirt is a very snug fit. Other wise I still like the shirt. Also very good service.

VERY ANGRY about Royal Mai definition of 'left in safe place'. Arranged for item to be left with neighbour if I was out after my seriously ill wife was rushed into hospital. Got home in the dark and found email saying item 'LEFT IN MY SAFE PLACE'. I HAVE NO DESIGNATED SAFE PLACE!!!!! In reality item was dumped over a fence and it took a lot of searching in the dark to find it. Minutes more and torrentia rain would have pulped package. DISGUSTED.

I had to send this item back as a result of a faulty zip (the first time I used it) but these things happen. Unfortunately I received a refund despite indicating my preference for a replacement so I had to re-order. I was half inclined not to bother but the new order is perfectly ok, looks good and is good value. The communication was friendly and quick but that's not so good if people don't read what you've written. I hope next time things will be smoother.
