The laptop was delivered well packed in a sturdy cardboard box with giant bubble-wrap inner pocket. It is in good clean condition, with a fresh install of Windows and works well. The screen is unscratched and has no defective pixels. The keyboard is in good condition. Buying used enabled me to get a laptop with huge memory (32GB) and SSD hard drive (1TB) at a fraction of the price of a similarly specified new machine.

The replacement had a minor kbd issue easily fixed, but also had a faster cpu which more than made up for it. Incredibly impressed with this laptop and service. Actually shocked at the quality of the item, it's obviously been refurbished PROPERLY and with good parts to a high standard, unlike most of the 'refurbished' stuff you get off ebay. Everything works perfectly and it's in almost new condition. Even the trackpad was in perfect condition. Pricing is extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend this seller.

The product is brilliant. I'd happily recommend people to use this seller. Great price, really great quality, especially as it's a second hand item. Really very happy with what was sent out. The time frame was longer than advertised, only by a couple of days . They did let me know it was going to be longer. Would be nice if I didn't get a passive aggressive response to my stressed concern about the late delivery. 2 days or not, didn't need that kind of reply. But great product.
