The fire lighters were dispatched very quickly, however a well known national shipping company failed to deliver claiming to be unable to find our address, which is unlikely as we have had several deliveries from this seller in the past. The package was returned to sender. When advised of the problem seller immediately resent on 48 hour service by alternative carrier, great company, great communication, great service and excellent products.
