This item is 100% as advertised and I have no complaints whatsoever. However, I placed my order in the full knowledge that it was of the "vintage" design but took the c" Strat hance that it might fit my 1990 Strat or one of my other similar guitars. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it fit any - so my advice is only buy this if you have a "vintage" circa 1954.

Great product
Great retro product gives vintage look to 50s strat. Does need a little fettling to get it to fit over the saddles and stay in place but great once fitted.

As an official Fender product it's all there. Quality is good. It's all that you would want except... It was brought as an OEM product for a JAPANESE 54 Resissue Strat from 1993. It therefore is a little too large and doesn't stay pressed on. I'm sure if it was an American guitar the sizing would be slightly different. Clearly it's my fault in that it's not a proper 54 reissue and I'm sure it will stay on with a bit of bending. It's just a bit of a nuisance.As an official Fender product it's all there. Stratocaster ashtray
Some people don't like them, some people do...I like them a lot. This is a great product but not all stratocaster bridges are the same so make sure you check dimensions and bridge design.
