Inadequate packaging. It was a glass bottle with fluid in sent in just a thin card envelope. Took over 20 days from payment to delivery. Arrived with no box. Very old stock, badly discoloured, unusable. Manufacturer informed me this was a bad batch and was recalled. Heavens knows which skip the seller found this in. Raised issue with seller who basically said tough cheese.

Buyer Purchased the goods as listed - the listing never included a box, It was posted in a PADDED envelope which is usually sufficient for cosmetics. The buyer received what she paid for - then messaged me many days AFTER delivery to say that the cream is orange coloured - which is EXACTLY how it appears in photos and exactly as it was listed. Buyer got upset as I couldn't offer her a refund for an item she received EXACTLY as per the listing and threatened a poor review. Such a shame.
