The Baitcaster reel was packaged very securely and posted straight away. Arrived earlier than expected but held up with the UK postal service. Communication with Abella Fishing Shop was excellent with replies to any questions being answered straight away. Item and boxing arrived in perfect condition. Very helpful and polite communications. Very cute watch that's not easily available in the UK (the model I bought was not for sale anywhere else) but be prepared to wait nearly 3 weeks for the delivery and import tax will be charged on top by Royal Mail (c.£19). However, the seller was very helpful, always responding very quickly to all questions and really did her best to help during the whole process. So as long as you are aware of the above, it is a great product and customer service is very helpful.
