Placed order on 19th May 2023, unfortunately wrong item was delivered. Contacted Seller who on 2 separate occasions reassured me, he would send the correct item out. A month later & we still haven't received it. And now the Seller isn't responding, after I've sent 3 additional messages!!!

We sent the buyer a paid return label for them to return the doormat and we agreed that once we got the doormat back then we would issue a refund or replace the doormat so far we have not received the doormat back. We have sent the buyer messages but they did not reply and we have now issued a refund and still waiting for the return of the doormat.
