    Not drugs, though the post office might think they are

    Presumably mesh-filtered diamond powder ranging from 1-3 microns. For my purposes, I simply treat it as 3 micron diamond, providing a surface roughness of about half a mil (microinch). 1/7th the price what Lapmaster would charge me for strictly 3-micron diamond. Less if I bought more than 100ct. Solid deal. Do note that this is metal bond, not resin. It doesn't become inert with use. You need to be careful about cleaning up after yourself.
